Your privacy matters.
This policy explains how Monibly handles your shared account, AI features, and Push shopping and seller activity, including your choices and account-deletion requests.
Last updated: October 15, 2026 · Version 2026-10-15-privacy-v2
Monibly and Push use one shared account and are intended only for adults who are 18 years old or older. Push is powered by Monibly. Your account provides access to both services. Monibly’s AI assistants are artificial systems, not human beings or real people.
1. Information Monibly collects
Monibly collects information needed to provide the services you use, personalize AI interactions, manage accounts and subscriptions, operate Push commerce, respond to reports, and keep the service safe and reliable.
- Account information, including user ID, email address, login provider, account status, and legal-consent records.
- Profile information, including display name, bio, avatar, banner image, and profile details you choose to add.
- Chat and AI interaction data, including messages, AI responses, conversation history, and relevant interaction context.
- Memory and preference data, including saved details, recurring topics, relationship context, boundaries, and personalization signals.
- Media and AI-analysis inputs, including images or other media you choose to upload or ask an AI feature to analyze.
- Game and social activity, including game sessions, moves, scores, follows, likes, saves, reactions, media views, and assistant-profile interactions.
- Subscription information, including Premium status, renewal or expiration status, subscription provider, and purchase-related identifiers.
- Push commerce information, including saved Pushers, carts, order requests, selected products and services, customization text and uploaded references, quotes, accepted policy versions, appointments, memberships, receipts, payment and refund status, reviews, and order activity.
- Fulfillment information, including contact and delivery details supplied for an order, fulfillment instructions, package and seller-entered tracking details, pickup or delivery records, and return requests.
- Pusher business and verification information, including legal and business names, contact details, country, business type, identity evidence, business-registration and tax-registration/EIN documents, review decisions, and Pusher Agreement acceptance records.
- Support, report, and safety information, including issue categories, content identifiers, notes, and screenshots you choose to provide.
- Order-support conversations, escalation details, case status and resolution history, and in-app customer updates and seller alerts.
- Technical and usage information, including diagnostics, app errors, device or platform information, and service events needed for reliability and security.
Optional first-party browser analytics is off until you allow it. It records coarse referring-site categories, AI-page journeys, preview/authentication steps, and confirmed notification returns using a random tab-session identifier. Events do not contain chat text, names, email addresses, full referrer URLs or advertising identifiers. Authenticated events may be associated with your account; these records are not necessarily anonymous. A preview record may be linked to its saved conversation to measure continuation without copying its contents. Optional event records are configured for 90-day retention with daily cleanup. Separate internal reports summarize operational records already used to provide accounts, previews, conversations and notification delivery. A server-keyed, temporary network hash protects the optional-event endpoint from abuse; raw network addresses are not stored in these analytics tables.
Manage optional browser measurement in Privacy choices. The Cookie & Tracking Notice explains browser storage, durations, essential functions, and privacy signals.
2. How Monibly uses information
- To create, authenticate, and manage your account.
- To provide AI assistant replies, Memory, media analysis, reactions, games, and other requested features.
- To personalize assistant behavior through relevant conversation, preferences, and Memory context.
- To enforce Free and Premium limits and confirm paid access.
- To connect customers with the relevant Pusher, price and record orders, administer appointments and memberships, support fulfillment and returns, and display payment status and receipts.
- To review Pusher admission and verification, retain the policy and agreement versions used for a transaction, and provide order support and in-app updates.
- To process support requests, reports, deletion requests, and subscription help.
- To detect and investigate abuse, fraud, security issues, technical problems, or policy violations.
- To improve service reliability, user experience, and AI response quality.
- To comply with legal, safety, payment, platform, and service requirements.
3. Third-party AI services
Monibly uses third-party AI service providers to generate assistant replies and operate requested AI features. Depending on the configured feature, these may include OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Information sent for an AI request may include your current message and relevant conversation, Memory, assistant, reaction, post, game, image, media, or other interaction context needed for that feature.
Provider processing is subject to the terms and privacy arrangements for the service being used. Not every provider receives every interaction. Monibly does not sell personal chat messages as a standalone product.
4. Consent and your choices
For shared-account access, you confirm that you are 18 or older, agree to the Monibly Terms and Push Terms, and acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Monibly records the accepted versions and time. Agreement to those terms is separate from consent to third-party AI processing. Using Push shopping does not by itself grant AI-processing consent.
Monibly requests consent to the third-party AI processing described in this policy before you use its AI features. A later shared-account or Push agreement does not restore AI consent that you withdrew.
You may withdraw permission for future AI processing in the app at Settings > Privacy > AI Data Consent. Withdrawing signs you out and prevents AI assistant replies and other AI features until you consent again. You may also contact Monibly Support or delete your account.
Optional analytics consent is separate from account terms, AI-processing permission, email preferences, and browser notification permission. Accepting account terms does not enable optional analytics. Rejecting optional analytics does not disable login, carts, checkout, or appointments.
The browser controls honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) by keeping optional analytics off. Choices apply to the browser where you make them; they are not an account-wide setting. Advertising pixels are not enabled by the current app controls. Contact Support about any other sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or sensitive-information request; do not rely on a browser choice to erase existing account or transaction records.
You can request access to or a copy of your information, correction, or deletion without creating a new account. Read Privacy requests for the contact process, verification safeguards, and retained-record limitations.
5. Memory and personalization
Memory may save or use relevant details, preferences, recurring topics, relationship context, boundaries, and moments that improve continuity. Relevant Memory may be included in later AI requests when it helps provide the requested experience.
Memory does not mean an AI assistant is human, conscious, or emotionally aware.
6. Other service providers
Monibly uses service providers that help operate authentication, accounts, databases, storage, subscriptions, payments, support, security, and infrastructure.
The web application uses Supabase for authentication, databases, and storage; Vercel for web hosting; Stripe for supported payments and billing; and Resend for transactional email. Web-search features may use configured search providers. These providers receive information for the particular feature, such as a delivery email address, an authenticated request, payment identifiers, or relevant AI input. Not every provider is used for every visit.
Service providers process information under the applicable service agreements, privacy terms, and legal requirements. Their independent account, payment, and other services may have separate notices and retention obligations.
For a Push transaction, the relevant Pusher receives the order, contact, customization, and fulfillment information needed to handle it. Sellers may share necessary delivery information with the carrier or postage provider they choose when arranging shipping outside Push. Review the seller’s published privacy and store policies for how they handle information outside Monibly.
Verification documents are stored privately for the applicant and authorized reviewers, not published as storefront content. Public shop information, published policies, and submitted public reviews are visible through their public features. Order-support messages are shared with the order participants; escalated cases can also be reviewed by authorized Monibly support administrators.
Shop, profile, or media content may load images, video, or other resources from the host selected for that content. The host receives connection details such as your network address when the browser requests the resource. External links, social sign-in, and hosted payment pages also have their own providers and privacy practices. Rejecting optional analytics does not block connections required to display requested content or complete a requested sign-in or payment.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Web subscription purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe may present supported payment methods such as cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay depending on availability. Monibly does not store your complete payment-card details.
Push records order and payment-provider identifiers, amounts, payment status, refunds, disputes, and receipts to support transactions. The current Push order-payment flow is a Stripe sandbox: test transactions are not real charges or payouts. Subscription billing and Push order payments are separate features.
Deleting your Monibly account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription. Monibly blocks permanent deletion while a Stripe Premium subscription is still set to renew. Use Manage billing on the Subscription page to cancel renewal first. Once cancellation is scheduled, you may delete the account immediately, but any remaining paid Premium access ends with the deleted account.
8. Data retention and deletion
Monibly keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the app, maintain account and subscription access, resolve reports, protect safety, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and operate the service.
You can initiate permanent account deletion from Settings > Account > Delete Account or contact Monibly Support if you cannot access the app. Account deletion is intended to remove your profile, conversations, messages, saved content, Memory, preferences, game records, and other account-linked data, except limited records retained for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute, compliance, or security reasons.
Push records, including order and quote snapshots, customization references, accepted agreements and seller-policy versions, fulfillment, payment, return, verification-review, and support history, may be retained where needed for transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Editing a current listing or policy does not rewrite an existing order’s saved record. Account deletion is a shared-account request, not a separate deletion of only your Push login; contact Support about an unresolved order or retained record.
Monibly may require identity verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. See the Delete Account page for instructions.
9. Safety and sensitive information
Please do not share passwords, verification codes, payment-card or banking information, private government identification numbers, emergency information, or other highly sensitive personal information with AI assistants.
Monibly is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or safety services.
10. International processing and security
Monibly and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Privacy rights may vary depending on where you live.
Monibly uses reasonable safeguards to protect account and app data. No app, network, database, provider, or transmission method is perfectly secure.
11. Changes and contact
Monibly may update this policy when features, providers, subscriptions, safety tools, or legal requirements change. Material changes may require acceptance of a new legal-gate version.
For privacy, consent, account-data, correction, access, or deletion requests, contact support@monibly.app.
See Privacy requests for how to submit a request safely. Please do not email passwords, verification codes, full payment details, or government identity documents.
This policy should be read together with Monibly’s Terms of Service, Support page, Safety Standards, and Delete Account instructions.
