Submit a request

Email with “Privacy request” in the subject. Say whether you want access or a copy, a correction, deletion, or help with an opt-out or another privacy choice.

Where possible, write from the email address associated with your account. Describe the records or issue clearly; an order reference may help for a Push transaction. If you cannot access the original address, say so. You may provide your country or state to help us identify applicable rights, but do not send proof of address in your first message.

This is an email request process, not an instant export or deletion form. Clicking the email link does not submit a request until you send the message. If you do not use an email app, copy support@monibly.app into your email service.

Verification and safe handling

We may need to verify your authority before releasing, correcting, or deleting private account information. We will explain any verification needed for your request. Never email your password, one-time code, full payment details, government ID, or other sensitive documents in an initial request.

If you act for someone else, identify that you are an authorized agent. We may need appropriate evidence of authorization before releasing account information or performing an account action. A browser opt-out does not require creating an account.

Choices available now

Change optional analytics in . Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional browser analytics off. The current app controls do not enable advertising pixels. Browser preferences do not delete past records, cancel subscriptions, or apply automatically to other browsers.

For account deletion, follow or request help by email. Deletion concerns the shared Monibly/Push account. Contact Support if a subscription, unresolved order, or inability to sign in prevents you from completing the in-app process.

AI-processing consent, email preferences, and browser notification permissions are separate choices. The describes their scope.

What to expect

Requests are reviewed individually. Applicable law determines the rights, verification rules, deadlines, exceptions, and any appeal rights that apply. We may need clarification to locate the right records; ask Support for a status update or review if you believe a response is incomplete.

Some transaction, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, and other legally required records may need to be retained. Deleting an account does not rewrite an existing order or remove records that a payment provider or seller must lawfully retain. We will explain relevant limitations when responding.

Regional privacy rights

Depending on your location and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to know or access information, obtain a copy, correct or delete it, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. Use the contact process above to ask about these rights.

Please send only the information needed to identify your request. Do not include private chat histories, personal documents, or sensitive attachments unless a safe, necessary follow-up process has been agreed.
