Pusher Agreement
Additional requirements for applying for and operating a Push shop.
Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-14-pusher-v1
This agreement supplements the Monibly Terms, Push Terms, and Privacy Policy. You must be authorized to act for the business whose information you submit.
1. Application and verification
Provide accurate legal and business information and keep it current. Push platform policy requires identity evidence, business-registration evidence, and tax-registration/EIN evidence for complete verification. These are platform admission requirements, not a statement that every business is legally required to hold the same documents.
Submit documents only through the private verification upload. You must be authorized to provide them. Reviewers may request corrections or additional evidence. Submitting documents or accepting this agreement does not mean the application is approved.
A verification indicator describes Monibly’s review of submitted evidence. It is not government approval, a professional license, payment-provider approval, or a guarantee about products, services, or future conduct. Required licenses and permissions remain your responsibility.
2. Separate readiness requirements
A creator subscription provides the tools and limits described for that plan. It does not guarantee admission, complete business verification, publication, commerce approval, or payment readiness. Subscription status, admission, required store policies, commerce settings, and payment availability are separate checks.
The current Push order-payment flow is a Stripe sandbox. Test transactions are not real charges or payouts. Do not describe sandbox payments as settled funds. Live order payments require separate activation.
3. Listings and store policies
You are responsible for your listings, prices, availability, customization options, images, service descriptions, and fulfillment promises. Offer only products and services you are authorized to provide, and comply with applicable law and the Monibly acceptable-use requirements.
Publish accurate privacy, terms, return/refund, and cancellation policies required by the setup flow before taking orders. Explain relevant conditions before the customer confirms. Seller policies cannot remove customers’ rights under applicable law.
Keep published information current. Push retains policy versions and order snapshots so changing a current listing or policy does not silently replace the record of an existing order.
4. Fulfillment and customer service
You provide the ordered product or service and manage fulfillment, customer communications, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Give customers accurate timing information and respond to delays and unresolved orders in accordance with applicable law and the terms of their order.
Purchase shipping or return labels separately where needed. Push currently records manual fulfillment and tracking information; it does not purchase postage or independently confirm carrier delivery. Do not represent a manually entered status as carrier-verified.
Order acceptance, payment confirmation, dispatch, delivery, return receipt, refund, and inventory restocking are separate actions. Record each accurately. A support-case resolution or cancellation does not automatically refund payment or void postage.
Respond to order-support messages and provide relevant information when a case is escalated. Approval or a subscription does not remove responsibility for outstanding orders.
5. Customer information
Use customer order, contact, customization, and delivery information only for the transaction, related customer service, and other uses you have an appropriate basis and authorization for. Do not use access to an order as permission for unrelated marketing or sharing.
Protect information you obtain from Push, limit disclosure to what is necessary for fulfillment or another authorized purpose, and follow your published privacy policy and applicable law. Do not request passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents through order messages.
6. Changes, access, and contact
Monibly may restrict Pusher access or require renewed review when evidence expires, information changes, policies are missing, or the applicable terms are violated. Do not use another account or shop to bypass those restrictions. Contact Support about existing obligations if access is restricted.
Material changes may require acceptance of a new Pusher Agreement version. Acceptance records identify the account, shop, version, and time. The Privacy Policy describes retention and shared-account deletion.
For admission, account, or order-support questions, contact support@monibly.app.
Acceptance records your agreement; it does not confirm business approval or enable live payments.
