Accessibility Statement

Access to Monibly and Push.

We are working to make our web experiences usable by people with disabilities. This statement describes our current goal and limitations, not a certification of conformance.

Scope and standard

Our accessibility target is for Monibly’s and Push’s web interfaces, including account access, navigation, shopping, checkout, appointments, and seller tools.

A complete independent accessibility evaluation has not been completed. We do not claim full WCAG conformance. A statement or an automated check alone does not establish that every page or task is accessible.

Current work

Current improvements focus on keyboard operation, visible focus, dialog behavior, form labels and error messages, page structure, and reduced-motion preferences. We are prioritizing barriers that prevent account access or completion of a purchase or appointment.

Use your browser’s zoom and your device’s accessibility settings as needed. Tell us if a control or layout blocks you at your preferred zoom level, input method, or screen-reader setting.

Known limitations and review areas

  • Creator and uploaded media may not include adequate descriptions, captions, or transcripts. Some image-based information may need a text alternative.
  • Visual games, animated effects, and image-placement customization may not offer an equivalent nonvisual or keyboard-only experience in every state.
  • Creator-selected themes, imagery, and colors can affect contrast and readability. All combinations have not been verified.
  • Dynamic chat, checkout, calendars, error recovery, and seller tools have not been exhaustively evaluated with all screen readers, magnification tools, or input devices.
  • Third-party sign-in and payment pages are operated by their providers. Please report any barrier encountered while completing a Monibly or Push task.

Request help or report a barrier

Email with “Accessibility help” in the subject. You do not need to sign in to ask for help.

Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier, and your preferred way to receive assistance. Device, browser, assistive-technology details, or a screenshot are optional. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, medical records, or identity documents.

If you cannot read product information or complete a task, ask Support for an accessible explanation or help with the next step. Support cannot take your payment-card details by email or guarantee a substitute version of every game or media experience. Response times vary; no guaranteed resolution date is currently published.

This statement is reviewed as the web experience changes. Contact Support if the help route itself is inaccessible or if a previously reported barrier remains.
