Account deletion

Delete your Monibly account.

You can permanently delete your Monibly account from inside the app. If you cannot access Monibly, you can request deletion by contacting support.

Delete in the app

To delete your account directly in Monibly, open the app and go to:

  1. Settings
  2. Account
  3. Delete Account

Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Account deletion is permanent.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to Monibly, email us from the email address connected to your Monibly account and request account deletion.

Deleting your Monibly account removes your account and associated account data from Monibly. Some limited information may be retained only where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational requirements.
