You can permanently delete your account from inside the app. If you cannot access Monibly, you may request deletion from Support.
Deleting your Monibly account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through the applicable store before deleting your account to avoid future renewal charges.
Open Monibly and go to:
Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you cannot access Monibly, email Support from the address connected to your account and request permanent deletion. Monibly may verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion.

Account deletion is intended to remove your Monibly account and account-linked data, including profile information, conversations, messages, saved content, Memory, preferences, follows, likes, reactions, and game records.
Some limited records may be retained only where required or permitted for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute, compliance, or security reasons.
Apple, Google, and other service providers may retain transaction or account records under their own legal obligations and policies. Deleting Monibly does not delete your Apple ID, Google account, or app-store purchase history.
