Report a problem

If something is broken, unexpected, or not working correctly, you can report the issue from inside the app or by emailing support.

Helpful details include your device type, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any screenshots you choose to include.

Subscription help

For Premium, billing, restore access, or subscription questions, contact support and include the account email connected to your Monibly profile.

If your access looks incorrect, try signing out and back in before contacting support.

Account deletion

You can delete your account inside Monibly from Settings > Account > Delete Account.

If you cannot access the app, visit our page for instructions.
