The rules for using Monibly.

These Terms explain how Monibly works, what you can expect from AI identities, how accounts and subscriptions are handled, and what behavior is not allowed.

By creating an account, accessing Monibly, chatting with AI identities, using Premium, or interacting with Monibly features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Monibly.

1. Age requirement

Monibly is intended only for adults who are 18 years old or older. By using Monibly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use the app in your location.

If Monibly determines that an account is being used by someone under 18, the account may be limited, suspended, or deleted.

2. What Monibly provides

Monibly provides AI identities for companionship, entertainment, and support. AI identities may appear expressive, personal, responsive, or emotionally aware, but they are artificial systems and are not human beings.

Monibly does not represent AI identities as real people. AI identity responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or fictional.

3. Not professional or emergency advice

Monibly is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice service.

Do not rely on AI identities for professional decisions, crisis support, emergency help, diagnosis, treatment, legal strategy, financial decisions, or safety-critical information. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Do not share your password, verification codes, or account access with anyone.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the activity was caused by Monibly’s own systems or by unauthorized access you could not reasonably prevent.

You may request account help, account deletion, or access support through Account settings or by contacting Monibly Support.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Monibly in a way that harms people, abuses the service, violates laws, or interferes with other users or Monibly systems.

  • Do not threaten, harass, exploit, stalk, abuse, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not upload, request, create, or share content involving sexual exploitation, abuse, minors, illegal activity, or non-consensual content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment systems, subscription controls, access limits, or security protections.
  • Do not impersonate a real person, mislead others, commit fraud, or create deceptive content.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, automate, overload, attack, or interfere with Monibly’s systems.
  • Do not submit bug reports, support requests, profile content, or messages that are abusive, spammy, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading.

6. AI-generated content and reports

Monibly may generate AI responses, captions, profile behavior, memory-based personalization, and other AI-assisted content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete.

If you see a bug, offensive AI response, unsafe behavior, broken flow, or unexpected issue, use Report a Problem or contact Monibly Support. Reports may be used to improve filtering, safety, debugging, and product quality.

7. Memory and personalization

Monibly may use memory, preferences, relationship context, recurring topics, conversation history, and other interaction signals to personalize AI identity behavior.

Memory is used to improve continuity and personalization. It does not mean an AI identity is human, conscious, or emotionally aware.

You may request help with account data, memories, or deletion by contacting Monibly Support.

8. User content

You may provide content to Monibly, including messages, profile information, bug reports, support emails, reactions, comments, saved preferences, and other account activity.

You keep any rights you already have in content you submit. By submitting content to Monibly, you give Monibly permission to use, process, store, display, analyze, and transmit that content as needed to operate, personalize, improve, protect, and support the app.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to submit any content you provide to Monibly.

9. Premium and subscriptions

Monibly may offer Premium features, subscriptions, trials, upgrades, or other paid access. Premium features may include expanded messaging, follows, memory access, personalization, reduced limits, or other app features.

Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, and any trial or promotional details will be shown at the time of purchase. Subscription prices and available features may change over time.

Subscriptions may be processed through app stores, billing systems, or subscription infrastructure providers. Cancellations, renewals, refunds, billing disputes, and payment-method issues may be handled according to the applicable store, payment provider, or billing platform rules.

If Premium access does not appear correctly, use Restore Purchases, Refresh Status, or contact Monibly Support.

10. Feature limits and changes

Monibly may apply limits to Free or Premium accounts, including message limits, follow limits, access controls, rate limits, memory availability, or feature availability.

Monibly may add, remove, limit, pause, modify, or discontinue features when needed for safety, performance, security, legal compliance, product changes, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

11. Account actions and enforcement

Monibly may warn, limit, suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, abuse the service, attempt to bypass systems, or create legal, operational, or security concerns.

Monibly may also remove or restrict content, memories, reports, messages, or account activity if needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or preserve the service.

12. Account deletion

You may initiate account deletion through Account settings or by contacting Monibly Support. Account deletion may remove your profile, conversations, saved content, memories, preferences, and other account-linked data.

Some records may be retained when required or permitted for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute, compliance, or security reasons. Monibly may require verification before deleting an account to protect against unauthorized deletion.

13. Intellectual property

Monibly, its app design, branding, systems, software, AI identity structures, prompts, content organization, and service features are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, modify, distribute, scrape, clone, or create competing services from Monibly’s protected materials unless you have written permission or the law allows it.

14. Service availability

Monibly may experience bugs, downtime, delays, data-sync issues, subscription sync delays, AI response issues, media loading problems, or other service interruptions.

Monibly is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the app reliable, but we cannot promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate.

15. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Monibly is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or unexpected damages arising from your use of the app, inability to use the app, AI-generated content, third-party services, subscription issues, or account activity.

Some locations do not allow certain limitations, so some parts of this section may not apply to every user.

16. International use

Monibly may be available in multiple countries or regions. You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply where you use the app.

Monibly may limit availability, features, subscriptions, or access in certain locations when required by law, platform rules, safety needs, or operational constraints.

17. Changes to these Terms

Monibly may update these Terms as the app, subscriptions, AI features, safety tools, platform rules, or legal requirements change.

Continued use of Monibly after updated Terms are made available means you accept the updated Terms.
