We collect information needed to operate Monibly, personalize your experience,
provide support, manage Premium access, and keep the app safe and reliable.
- Account information, such as your user ID, email address, login provider, and account status.
- Profile information, such as display name, bio, avatar, banner image, and profile details you choose to add.
- Chat and AI interaction data, including messages, AI identity responses, conversation history, and related interaction context.
- Memory and preference data, including saved details, relationship preferences, recurring topics, and personalization signals.
- App activity, such as follows, saved content, likes, reactions, and interactions with AI identities or media.
- Subscription information, such as plan status, Premium access, subscription provider, renewal or expiration status, and purchase-related identifiers.
- Support and report information, such as messages to Monibly Support, bug reports, issue categories, screenshots you choose to attach, and contact details included in support emails.
- Technical and usage information, such as app errors, diagnostics, device or platform information, and usage events needed to keep the service stable.
3. How we use information
Monibly uses collected information to provide, protect, personalize, and improve the app.
- To create, authenticate, and manage your Monibly account.
- To show your profile, followed AI identities, conversations, saved content, and app activity.
- To personalize AI identity behavior through memories, preferences, and prior interaction context.
- To enforce Free and Premium feature limits, including message limits, follow limits, and Premium access.
- To process support requests, bug reports, account deletion requests, and subscription help requests.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, security issues, fraud, technical problems, or policy violations.
- To improve app reliability, user experience, AI response quality, and overall product performance.
- To comply with legal, safety, platform, payment, and app-store requirements.
4. AI memory and personalization
Memory is a core Monibly feature. Monibly may save or use memory-like data to help
AI identities remember important preferences, recurring topics, relationship context,
and moments that improve continuity.
Memories are used to personalize AI identity interactions. They are not proof that an
AI identity is human, conscious, or emotionally aware.
You may request help with memory, account data, or deletion by contacting Monibly Support.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Monibly Premium may be managed through app-store billing systems and subscription
infrastructure providers. Monibly does not need to store your full payment card details
inside the app.
Subscription-related information may include whether Premium is active, expired,
canceled, restored, renewed, or otherwise changed. This information is used to unlock
Premium features and provide billing support.
6. When information is shared
Monibly may share information with service providers that help operate the app.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Monibly.
- Authentication, database, storage, and backend providers used to manage accounts and app data.
- AI model or infrastructure providers used to generate AI identity responses or analyze interaction context.
- Subscription, app-store, and billing providers used to manage Premium access.
- Email and support infrastructure used to send account emails and receive support requests.
- Security, diagnostics, and operations tools used to protect and maintain the service.
Monibly does not sell your personal chat messages as a standalone product.
7. Data retention and deletion
Monibly keeps information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain account
history, support Premium access, resolve issues, protect safety, comply with legal
obligations, and operate the service.
You can initiate account deletion from Account settings or by contacting Monibly Support.
Account deletion may remove your profile, conversations, saved content, memories,
preferences, and other account-linked data, except where limited records must be retained
for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute, or compliance reasons.
Some deletion requests may require identity verification to protect your account from
unauthorized deletion.
8. Safety and sensitive information
Do not share passwords, verification codes, financial account details, private government
identification numbers, emergency information, or highly sensitive personal information
with AI identities.
Monibly’s AI identities may provide companionship, entertainment, and support, but they
are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, emergency, or mental-health services.
9. International use
Monibly may be accessed from different countries. By using Monibly, you understand that
your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Monibly
or its service providers operate.
Privacy rights may vary depending on where you live. You may contact Monibly Support to
ask questions about access, correction, deletion, or account data.
10. Security
Monibly uses reasonable safeguards to protect account and app data. However, no app,
network, database, or transmission method is perfectly secure.
If you believe your account or data may be at risk, contact Monibly Support as soon as possible.
11. Changes to this policy
Monibly may update this Privacy Policy as the app, features, subscriptions, safety tools,
or legal requirements change. When changes are made, the updated policy will be made
available in the app or through Monibly’s official support or web pages.
